No, we only ship to the Contiguous US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates.

We are a small group of people, processing a large amount of orders. We could hire more people to ship products, but if we do that, our product prices will go up. We love to provide our customers with excellent products at exceptionally great prices. In order to do that, we must keep our overhead low. One way to do that is to keep our ship time to 5 business days rather than hire more people to turn out orders quicker.

Our items are brand new unless otherwise noted in the particular listings. They are first quality merchandise, not seconds or irregulars. In the event that we do procure an irregular or second quality item to sell...it will be pointed out in the listing. The only time that one of our items could be considered 'used' is that some of these items may be 'shop worn'. This means that they may have been handled by customers in a retail store while they were considering purchasing them. This is rare.

We do not have a return policy, as these are closeout items and all sales are final. We encourage you to ask all questions before bidding. If you receive an item from us that is damaged in any way, then of course we will rectify that type of situation. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
